Synras provides an AI-powered workspace designed for Private Equity professionals. Our platform helps automate deal flow, due diligence, and portfolio management workflows. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Design Partner Program

We currently offer limited spots for Design Partners who receive free access to the platform during our early development phase. Design Partners agree to provide feedback and participate in product development discussions. This program may be modified or terminated at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our technology
• Not upload malicious content or interfere with the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Synras and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform. Our platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs should be reviewed and verified before making business decisions
• Synras is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• The Service is a tool to assist, not replace, professional judgment

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We understand the sensitive nature of Private Equity data. We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality of your data and will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and we will delete your data within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law or requested by you.
